After visiting a bunch of open houses, we were delighted to find Michael - the only agent we really felt a connection with. He's engaged, inquisitive, enthusiastic and thoughtful. After putting in several offers (and loosing out in this hot Portland market!), we found a home that was for sale by owner. Through several months of uncertainty, Michael steadily guided us, making sure to communicate with the seller directly on our behalf, and showing up for us in times where we weren't sure how to proceed. There's no way we could have navigated this situation without him, and we're so happy in our new Montavilla home.
